I have a lovley perfumed Lilac tree/shrub in a pot (see picture) its tilting and perhaps it needs re-potting or even putting in the ground..
what do you think/recommend.? When should any moving be done?
Its a lovely little tree and it smells divine when its blooming..

Put it in a big enough pot and you can position the rootball slightly on its side to make the stem appear straight.

Needs a bigger pot, I'd say - turn it out, see if its potbound. Can also be put in the ground, but depending on variety, it could be a tree...
