My camelia is full of buds but the leaves have dropped off. Why is this and what can I do?

I don't know where you live in the UK, but if its one of the colder regions, most likely the winter has taken its toll and the plant has dropped its leaves in order to survive. Nothing you can do currently - feed in April or May if its showing signs of growth.
