I lifted lots of daffodil bulbs out of a flower bed last august - I stored them in netting sacks in the garage and planned to replant them in the autumn. Unfortunately, due to time and bad weather I never planted them. They are now sprouting (1 to 2 inch green sprouts) and I would like to know what to do with them. Is it too late to plant them now? (as well as dafodils, there are some bluebells and tete-a-tete)

I would say that as they are sprouting, you might as well give it a go. You may not get the best results, but you won't know, if you don't try. Also, they may flower later or not at all, as it is very late. The daffodils in my garden are already in bud.

Good Luck.

Plant them by all means, and you may well get flowers this season, but the possibly will not establish well. Narcissus form their roots early in Autumn and if they miss that then they rarely grow well in the future.

In my experience, more likely to get blooms next year.
