Not really, the shocl of going from warm to near freezing conditions will likely kill them of severly stunt thier development. If you dont have a way to keep the g house warm then germinating seed in mid march to april is a good idea as the weather will in theory be better and and pnes sown then will grow a lot better than those grown now and in the cold.
