Tibouchina Care

I recently bought a Tibouchina at Sarah Raven's garden, and need advice on how to look after it please. I plan to leave it in a pot. What sort of compost should it be in etc?

I assume that you know that this is a tender plant and so it needs to come indoors when the temperature goes below 7 degrees. Grow it in JI 3 in full light, but out of the sun. Water well and feed it with a balanced feed in its growing season and water only a little in the winter. It's a beautiful colour, I hope you succeed with it! Good luck.
