I had a wonderful large phormium tricolour which was the centre piece to an area of my garden, however it got a bit battered over the winter. The leaves are torn, some browning and some broken. Its not as bad as some that I see around, but its certainly lost its glory over the harsh winter. I'm wondering if it will recover? Or does anyone have any suggestions for how best to help rejuvenate it.

Previous question
Wait till end of March - then clip back all damaged, dead or dying leaves or parts of leaves. and then wait to see if it produces new growth.
