What is the best way to rejuvenite my Stipa Arundinacea - its gone very straw coloured and lost its beautiful colours, and hasn't had any attention for the last couple of years. Will it survive a true chop, and is now the best time to do it or wait a bit until we are out of the frostys have well and truly disappeared? Thank you in advance for any advice.
