yes it is possible but you are not sure of success. dig as big a rootball up as you can. then move to the new site where the hole should be bigger than the root ball you have lifted. make sure the planting hole is well dug and enriched with leaf mould/compost. put the tree in to the same depth as it has come from. firm down as you back fill and make sure you water well. even if it rains it will need plenty of water for several months.

bye the way its about perfect timing for your move but perhaps wate a few weeks just before plants come out of the winter dormancy .
