when i add a photograph in my plant section, does it have to be my own or can i pluck one of the internet, if i mention copyrights etc??
i often get hold of plants which don't flower yet but might want to include it in bloom

Yes, I think so. The other thing you could do is find another member with the same plant who has already posted a photo previously, and ask permission from them to use their photo.
If you use the search box you should be able to track them down unless you have something rare, of course!
