How can I utilize leaves from walnut tree in the garden? Some say the leaves are "toxic" for other plants, others they are good fertilizer of the soil suitable for rhododendrons. Give me advice, please.

Turn them into leaf mould Katarina just as you would any other leaves, or add them to your compost. Thinking used to be that their toxicity would affect plants this has now changed.

My best advice would be Don't. They contain juglone, which when released does kill plants. Even if some plants are not susceptible to Juglone, a very high dose in a mulch of leaves may cause problems. My best bet would be to burn or send to green waste.
