Can anyone tell me ,remember the old tree tar you used to put on to prevent deseases occuring on tress bushes etc.As we think it might have changed name etc or can you tell me another substitute .

As a general spray on fruit trees we use one which is sold as a substitute for the old Winter Tar oil. The modern is based on natural soap and is quite effective.
Winter tree Wash is its name.
