It's looking very much better than mine are! Little scrawny things and two of them have lost their leaves. I hope they pick up!
BY the way, Startinggardening, you could have added the second photo by using the "Edit" button under your original question. Never mind!

Maybe - Plantmaiden - yours is Nandina Firepower, which is much smaller and only grows to about 3 ft.

Wow, that's a wonderful specimen, i'm green with envy !!!
I have Nandina domestica too but mine looks nowhere near as good as that - would you tell me what position it's in, what soil too, do you and how you prune it and do you treat it in any special ways ? !
I'm presuming from your question that you don't have a lot of knowledge about it but wondered how you'd been treating it !

I don't think I've ever seen such huge specimens either. Mine are a good 6ft tall but not so bushy, and OH is always threatening to prune them, but actually they need NO maintenance at all. They are against a sunny wall, but I've seen others quite happy in partial shade.

It looks very like Nandina to me (sometimes known as Heavenly Bamboo, but it is not a bamboo!). The leaves will change colour throughout the year.
