Hi there Harris, yes as moon grow says pick it regularly, i guess you dont eat it like popeye !!!! you can blanch and freeze spinach into ice cube trays, it won't look very appertising, but it is great added to curry and soups like that.
When I started growing veg, I soon realised that one or two plants were enough rather than the row of spinach I planted.
