I have had 2 varieties of strawberry's in my garden producing quite average size and amount's of fruit but last year I had lovely big strawberry's and lot's of them. After the snow and cold weather of last winter I have noticed that they arent growing as well this year and wonder if maybe they should be replaced, I have had them for about 7 years or so.

« m growing begonia bulbs for the first time in pots, please advise me. Thank you.
Strawberry plants only survive for a few years. You need to root the runners and grow these on. 7 years is a long time for a strawberry plant.
