Dr Ruppel is a darker flower. It has a wider bar on each petal of cerise pink, it also has pale beige anthers and slightly wavy edges to the petals.
Nelly moser is a paler flower, with a narrow light - mid pink bar. It has browny red anthers.
Nelly doesn't like full sun as her flowers fade, but Dr Ruppel prefers his head in the sun.
Apart from that, they can be treated the same. Pruning group 2, which means to lightly prune to tidy.
