By Googling I've found that that's the name given to a set of Verbenas with a particular colour combination that is being offered for sale. Verbena Trixi 'Belle Epoque' is a mixture of red, white and blue flowering verbenas.
More Googling tells me that "Belle Epoque" refers to a period of European social history that ended with the outbreak of the First World War.

In English "Belle Epoque" means "Beautiful Era"

Well, believe it or not, it's Verbena Belle epoque - that's its name, its one of a bunch of trademarked, patented new varieties under the grouping Trixi from a company called Selecta.
