Can anyone help me identify this? I posted it in the pictures section too. The seeds were sown in late autumn and have over wintered nicely. It is aslo a little bit downy.

centaurea/knapweed or possibly a knautia or a scabious.
what colour flowers does it have? do you have a photo of the flower. Its a lot easier that way :o)
