Have 5 year old plum tree, now over 2 metres tall. Looks healthy but no blossom and thus no fruit. What is wrong?

Welcome, Mikest!
Is it getting at least 6 hours of sun a day? Lack of sun will prevent bloom.
Is it getting pruned every year? Plums bloom on 3+ year old wood.
It may just be too small--2 meters is small for bloom, and for its age. If you can give details on its care, we might find out what is stunting it. If you mean 5 years from a seed, it may take another two for it to even think about blooming.
