Can anyone identify this - I found it growing in my raised veg beds - is it a weed or a perenial? I looked it up in my a-z and it looks like it could be a stokes aster but not sure.
Any replys would be gratefully received.

Could be some form of buddleia, seed dropped by birds.
I get quite a few in my garden.

It's not buddleia. You may have to wait for a flower if you want an ID Jacqueline.

Thanks to everyone who answered this question - it seems like I will have to wait to see what emerges - if it is a gift from nature, I will put into one of my borders and if it is a weed, I will leave it in the veg plot for the bees and dead head it before the flowers turn to seed.
Once again, thanks to you all.

My first thoughts were Campanula glomeratta but I'm not so sure after the second photo.....
