I lifted my dahlia tubers a while ago and put them in large pots in the greenhouse. They have all taken and the foilage is very lush and they are now about 6in or more. Do I plant them out in the garden now?

No, you need to wait till risk of frost is past, usually end of May. You can pot them up into larger pots and stand outside on warm days though, moving them in at night or when it gets colder.
