I have Basil outside and something has started to eat it but I don't know what any ideas what it could be?

Answers
Slugs and Caterpillars will be the main culprits. I have stopped growing it, though it is my favourite herb, as mine always get really bad green and white fly infestations that ruin it.

I grow loads of Basil as I make my own pesto, but I keep it in one of the little plastic greenhouses on the patio - well away from any beasties!
