I planted few Roses almost 3 yrs ago.In first they bloomed but after that I am frustrated with their growth and no more flowers for last two summers.I regularly water them and put plant plant nutrient as well.Any suggestions

Assuming they're planted in the ground and not in pots, what kind of roses are they? Ramblers, climbers, patio or bush roses? What precisely do you feed them with and how often? Have you ever pruned them, and if so, when? Are they in full sun or a shady area?
