i have seen beautiful Cercidphylum Japonicum look like that in Autumn, check out katsura tree, smells divine too.

Its beautiful. There a quite a few A. Palmatums. I guess the photo was taken in late Summer rather than now?

I think it is acer palmatum septemlobum. It has the most startling bright leaves at the end of the summer, stunning tree. I could be wrong but that's my best guess.
