Italy 
I live in the middle of italy and last year i grew strawberries, purchased in italy very successfully. I took leaders and increased my crop for this year. The plans look very healthy, lots of flowers and the fruits are setting but as the fruit develops the seeds on the skins bursts into tiny green petals. This seems to be happening to all the plants and I can see no sign of any insects, bugs etc. Is is a virus?

This is just the ripening process. The seeds will turn green as the strawberries ripen and will turn there usual colour when the strawberry Is red. Hope it helped.
