No 1 is wild arum, also known as Lords and Ladies, or Cuckoo Pint. It falls into the wild flower / weed spectrum. It's a weed if you don't want it or there's too much of it, a wild flower with useful ground-cover-in-shade properties if you like it.
No 2 is a bit difficult as the pic is sideways, but I think it's a Potentilla. Is it very like the one you've posted with a few yellow saucer shaped flowers? The flowers confirm on that one that it's Potentilla.
No.3 I agree is spotted laurel = Aucuba

Thanks again for all your help. Beattie, you are right, picture 2 is very similar to the other one i posted with yellow flowers on, it is in different part of my garden and didnt realise they were similar until you said. They are just coming into flower but with pink ones instead of yellow flowers so should be in full bloom soon!
