Please can anybody advise me, I planted courgettes from seed and they have germinated and grown very well, they are now approx 5 inches tall but over the last couple of days they have gone from healthy green to this, (please see photo). It has been quite hot here, but I have put shading up. The daytime temp. has been around 25 -28c inside the greenhouse, I have had the window open and the door too most of the time, but I close them both at about 8pm. I anyone can give me any advice I would be most grateful. I do'nt want to lose them

Hello, it may be mosaic virus, which can be a problem with courgettes as well as cucumbers, the two outer leaves look a little crumpled which can be a sign for this virus, check carefully on the undersides of the leaves for signs of aphids, myself i start them off on our windowsill, and then harden them off outside and keep them watered, and they do fine, possibly sew a few more just has a precaution, julien.
