Plant ID Number Two please!
I noticed this plant last year but it died early on after flowering and falling over. I cut it back to ground and this year I gave it a support to grow through and it looks great. I recall from last year the flowers are a deep blue/purpley colour Regards Steve the novice!

I agree, delphinium. After flowering you can cut off the dead flower stems but leave the rest of it to die back naturally.
