Where is it? If its growing up something you can cut it off at the base and treat any regrowth with deep root weed killer. Try putting a drop of washing up liquid in the solution to help it to stay on the leaves. If you leave the stems on the tree for a year and then pull them off they make wonderful firelighters!

If its growing in the ground just pull off the long trails keep on digging it up. Its a long job if you have a lot! But if you want to take them to the tip don't leave them in the car boot for long because they STINK and the car will smell for ages afterwards! I guess if its on the ground ith nothing else around it you could use the weedkiller on that too. Good luck with it!
