ive rotted down some nettles,is this good for feeding plants and veg.if so what do you surgest the mix should be.

Assuming you mean you've put them in a bucket of water to rot down: strain off the liquid, put the remains of the nettles in your compost and dilute the liquid 1:10 and water on.

Nettles are great in the compost heap provided you don't put the roots in. They're high in nitrogen, I believe.
When you say you've rotted them, have you put them in a bucket of water to rot, or in a pile, like a compost heap?
