My cordyline looks like it dying. Can anyone help.

Check the trunks from top to bottom - it looks like 3 of them have survived the winter okay, but inspect the ones with dead growth at the top carefully. You're looking for soft, soggy, blackened, oozing, smelly, rotting areas, so if you find anything like that, saw down beyond that point. I'd imagine you need to remove the limbs carrying dead growth back to the main trunk - the growing tips on those will be dead. You're very lucky the rest of it looks okay.

Thanks for your help. There is some growth from the bottom of the trunk . Do I cut it down to that point or just cut off the dead spikes.

I bet its ok. I have lost all the top growth on mine but have new shoots now at the base. Have a look and see if you can see anything. Unfortunately it probably won't grow at the top again, however it looks like one (or 2) of your spikes is still green which is better than mine. Its just because of the very cold December we had.
