No new growth on Calathea "Shadow Plant"

I have had this plant for a couple of years. It looks healthy
it has about ten leaves but no new growth for months,I feed it and spray it regularly . how can I encourage it to grow? It is about 5 foot from a window.

You could try repotting? best time to do this is spring, often house plants run out of room and also the soil may need replacing, this can stop it from producing new growth if it is healthy in every other way and you are feeding then this would be the best thing to try.
