Distorted leaf.
Is this distortion of the growing leaves a symptom of a problem? If it is, can anyone identify it and offer a remedy? I have unrolled one of the leaves and there is no sign of a nasty bug hiding in there.

Hi Sbg, This is off a climbing rose and there is another one affected in the same way at the other end of the garden and most of the new shoots are affected. Help!

what plant is it? This is a symptom and could indicate a range of problems from virus to a sap sucker that has fed and left. cant be any more help I am afraid.
