I have a laburnam vossi. Last year i had no flowers,this year covered in buds but semm to be dying off without the flowers opening. Can somone advise me on any treatment for this problem Donald

Agree with Scotsgran - you haven't said where you are, but if its anywhere in the South, it's like the Sahara - leave the hose trickling at the base of the tree for an hour or two.

Welcome to Goy Mistral. Have you had a long dry spell where you are. We have, and i am noticing that a lot of blossom is not lasting as long as we would normally expect it to do. I put it down to the trees shedding anything so they can survive the dry spell. Someone else may have a different solution.
