Comfrey - i picked, and made comfrey tea and have been using it i the garden. But i think i may have been picking the wrong plant as it has come out in little blue flowers instead of pink ones.
Does anybody know if there is a lookalike? What it actaully is and if the application of this plant as a tea for the last two weeks, will likely have a detrimental effect?
I can get a photo tomorrow if need be.

I doubt that the akanet will have had a dire effect on your plants. Just wont have actually fed them.

Yes thats the plant, a pentaglottis sempervirens. Thanks Julien. Only side effects would be a garden that stunk of a sewer/slurry pit for a few weeks, and about 10 litre bottles of useless 'tea'.
p.s Moon grower... whats an akanet?
