Is radermachera toxic for cats

Not that I can see Tristan. I can only find one reference to cats chewing it and that is on the US 'Dave's Garden' forum. Somebody reports that her cats chewed it and it didn't do the plant a lot of good. No report on any adverse effects on the cats though. It is not that hardy though.
