Hydrangea care in winter

Hi i recd a potted hydrangea from M and S and as its now getting cold out I dont know whether to put in my garden, or keep in the pot indoors or outside????

I guess your pot is quite small (under six inches) so it would not do your plant any favours to plant it out during our recent sub-zero weather. It doesn't require any heat, but it will ensure a good early start if your keep it in the porch or some such out of the biting wind and rain until you can plant it out late March.
