I am a complete beginner and have grown 10 week stocks from seed.I have transplanted them once and potted them on.Do I need to pinch out or not and how long now before I can put them in pots and borders.

I planted mine out at the week end. I dont tend to pinch them out either. Have you been putting them outside during the day to harden them off? if yes then plant them out this week. if not then harden them off over the next week and then plant out.
they are a lovely easy plant. well done on getting started with growing your own.
