I am growing sweet basil from seed, the plants are about 3-4 inches tall and until last week, large very green fragrant leaves, all of a sudden they are going from very green to light green almost yellow and are now wilting, what causes this, I water them regulary, they are in full sun in a greenhouse and I have started feeding them once a week, what am I doing wrong.

As Pamg says, they shouldn't need much feeding if the compost is of good quality. Over-watering is the likely cause; a good soaking occasionally is much better than little and often to promote good strong root growth.
