Ive got some garlic chives and marjoram seeds...I want them to grow down the edge of my new path (Il put pics on tomorrow) can I just scatter the seed direct onto the soil?

You could but as its so dry they may nor germinate. It might be safer to sow them in boxes or pots. I have never grown any of those from seed though. If your marjoram doesn't grow pm me in the autumn and I'll send you some.
