My honeysuckle is about 3 yrs old and has flowered well until this year, when it was showing as though it would flower well but has since started dying off in parts and alot of the leaves are going yellow. Cannot see any bugs or mildew. It is in a windy spot would this damage the plant?

depending on the honeysuckle it may be shaken about by the wind. as bamboo said it has been very dry and may need good watering, is it in semi-shade?

How you doing on rainfall there? If its been anything like the South in UK, you're in drought, so have you been watering well? Windy conditions don't help either, drying everything out rapidly even if you do have a bit of rain.
