I have only just started sowing seeds a few weeks ago and I am very new to this but I am enjoying it very much. I have lots of questions to ask.I now have 10 week stocks to plant out in pots would you just recommend any multi purpose compost..there's so much to choose from out there.I don't need to put anything else in with it do I? Also I have transplanted Hollyhocks and potted them on...but am unsure what to do with them would they survive in pots or do they need to go in the ground? Thankyou.

Hollyhocks are okay in pots provided they're fairly big, particularly deep, at least a foot, otherwise in the ground. Multi purpose is fine, I recommend Wickes own in GREEN bags...
