I HAVE A RAMBLING RECTOR WHERE ALL THE GROWTH HAS GONE TO THE TOP ITS BECOME VERY TOP HEAVY . ITS OVER 20 FEET IN LENGTH BUT ITS STARTING TO FALL INTO NEXT DOORS GARDEN, ALSO THE MAIN STEMS ARE THICK BUT SEEM TO BE DYING OFF ANY HELP WILL BE GREAT THANKS TONY.

prune a 1/3 of the stems down to about 2ft [after flowering and then the new growth needs tieing in as close to the horizontal as possible. this will then flower lower down. repeat the cycle next year with another 1/3 etc and in time it will be flowering all the way up. if you follow what I'm trying to say that is.
