have grown some morning glory in pop bottle propagator pots==they are now trying to curl out the top of the bottle but i am wondering if its a bit ambitious to take them out of their safe haven and plant out---should i try the hardening off rule before getting too keen??

Well you have got to harden them off first. Try taking the bottles of during the day and putting back on a night to start with.
