Agreed, much loved by the humming bird moth, can also have white flowers, and some are red but mainly the pink form are more common,julien.

It is very pretty but can be invasive. I would say either cut off the flowers before they seed or pull up seedlings when they are very small. Once grown the roots can be quite tough to get out.

I don't think you'll have much luck trying to move it. It would be better to collect seed and grow some more plants where you want them, but getting rid of this one could be a problem, especially if you can't have a proper dig at it if it's growing in a hedge.
