our camelia plant is about 4 years old,grown from a small one foot plant.in this it has grown into a little bush but has not produced any flowers.next to it is a rhodadendron which is doing well.we've been regularly feeding them with ericacious feed.please advise why has it not flowered

Camellias can take five years plus to flower so I wouldn't worry too much.

Has it formed any flower buds but they have not fowered? it may be that its a young plant, however keep feeding, but ease off on the feeding july time, and as with Rhodis ,azaleas etc you must keep well watered through the summer because thats when the new flower buds are being formed, i like to mulch round the base of all the acid loving family with old rotted down pine needles, julien.
