Yellow fly-trap papers are quite good in a greenhouse. Tap the plant and they fly out and onto the fly paper.

Hi Nina. Welcome to Goy.
The problem with whitefly is their very short life cycle. About 3 weeks so if you use a chemical method you have to repeat the treatment very regularly (at least once a week) to catch this little beast as it matures.
Bayer Provado Ultimate Bug Killer is systemic and is taken up by the plant where it will help control whitefly - and other sap-sucking insects so just a couple of treatments may do the trick. There are various other chemical pesticides that you can use on whitefly. Those containing bifenthrin and thiacloprid provide the best control.
There are reports of people actually vacuuming (as in hoovering) plants infested but the ultimate organic control is the encarsia wasp but that would probably be over-kill for one chilli.
Hope this is of some use.
John.
