I have a pear tree about 6 years old still hasnt born fruit why?

Answers
There are two reasons for pears not fruiting.
Firstly, they are mostly not self-fertile - this means they need another variety nearby that flowers at the same time (this could be in a nearby garden as pollinators don't take any notice of garden boundaries).
Secondly, pears take a long time to 'settle in' - typically ten years before they will start to bear fruit (my two trees took nineteen years!)
