We live close to a hotel in a rural location. They have applied to build a swimming pool in fairly close proximity to our garden. Should we have a concearns over issues of pollution e.g. ozone?

You could also ring the Planning Deartment of your local council and speak to the Planning Officer who is dealing with the appliction for this to discuss your concerns

I'd be a little more concerned about noisy pool parties, guests throwing beer cans over etc. Jess. But you have no worries on pollution from the pool itself.
