I potted up some rooted offshoots from my rhodo bur the leaves have gone a reddish colour. What is wrong and can I still plant them in ther garden?

Just let the leaves fall on their own Casso, the plant is retrieving what it wants from the old leaves and separating them from the stem, best left to its own devices.

They look like last years leaves that will be shed soon, now that the plant has those lovely new leaves. Evergreens don't keep the same leaves all their lives, they shed old leaves at various times during the year, instead of all in autumn like deciduous plants.
Those rhodos look great to me - and the new growth is an excellent sign. If their new home is ready for them, I'd go for it and plant them out whenever you like, but you'll need to make sure that they get enough water for the next 18 months or so, til they're well established.
