How long to reach maximum height

I bought an Arbutus shrub and have since read it is slow growing. I would like it to eventually be a screen from the next garden so am wondering how long it will take to reach a decent height

My Arbutus is about 12 years old and is now a biggish Bush type tree I will put a photo on my photoes to show you the hight in comparison with the 4 ft. fence.
